• When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher (e-mail confirmation or fax confirmation) that you will show when you check-in at Le Mandrie.

• Please note that at the moment of your reservation we require as confirmatory deposit an advanced payment of 30% of the entire amount of the stay. Payment will be done by credit card. If you do not have this possibility, contact us for more information about other payment forms.

Cancelation Policy

• If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive AT LEAST 60 days before the staying, the cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
• If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive AT LEAST 30 days before the staying, the cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
• If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within the two weeks before the staying, the cancellation fee will be 70% of the entire amount.
• If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
